Hil-Mar Apartments is located off Clove Road, in Salisbury Mills, New York. Minutes away, you will find a commuter bus station and a train station. We are also located 15 to 20 minutes from Stewart International Airport, West Point, Legoland, Woodbury Commons, and many other popular areas. We rent 9 Studios, 11 Suites, 2 bungalows and 2 houses.
We also own an additional 65 acres of wilderness which has beautiful hiking trails that are marked for exploring.

We have apartments that are furnished and unfurnished. We provide electric, heat, basic television (subject to location), and water all in one set price. Our tenants enjoy peace and tranquility in our uniquely quiet setting.
